Shipping and Handling
For regular items, it will take approximately 48 hours for shipment from our warehouse. We use this period for order verification, tailoring, quality checking and packaging. You will be sent an automatic email with a tracking number which you track on third party tracking platform's. Or, send us a message on Facebook and we'll get back to you with the status of your order (we usually reply within 24 hours). 
USA Orders
We advise 1 week for delivery, however most orders arrive within 1-5 business days. US packages are delivered via USPS and you can use your tracking codes directly on their websites. Due to extremely unpredictable circumstances, in relation to COVID-19, parcels may take longer - although things have started to get a lot better recently. UK Orders
We advise up to 5 business days for delivery, however most orders arrive within 1-5 business days. UK packages are delivered via Royal Mail. You can use your tracking codes directly on their websites. Due to an extremely busy period some parcels can take longer.
European / Worldwide Orders
We advise 1 week for delivery. Deliveries can take longer, this is due to the current pandemic situation, in coalition with a high number of international orders during holiday seasons. Our aim is to have your items with you in 1 week. You can track your packages directly on our website or any third party tracking site.
Failed Delivery
If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender (GrowTallNow) at the customers expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.
